These Terms of Service govern your use of StadiTA. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
StadiTA is a platform that lets teachers and other authorized users create AI-powered educational bots, upload instructional materials, share bots with students, and view usage and learning-related analytics.
We may change, improve, suspend, or remove features from time to time.
2. Who may use the Service
You may use the Service only if you can lawfully agree to these Terms.
If you create a teacher account or use the Service for a school, class, or organization, you are responsible for making sure your use complies with applicable law and your school’s or organization’s rules.
Students and minors may use the Service only as authorized by a teacher, school, parent, or guardian.
If you allow students or minors to use the Service, you are responsible for obtaining any permissions, notices, or consents required for that use.
3. Accounts
You may need an account to use some parts of the Service.

4. Bots, links, and your content
If you create, configure, publish, or share a bot, you are responsible for that bot and the materials connected to it.

If you publish or share a bot, you understand that people with access to that link or page may be able to interact with it.
“User Content” means content you submit to the Service, including prompts, uploads, bot instructions, chat messages, feedback, and similar materials.
You keep any ownership rights you already have in your User Content.
You give StadiTA a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, and display User Content only as needed to:

- Your use of the Service does not violate any law, school rule, contract, or third-party right.

- You will review and supervise your bot before relying on it in a real educational setting.
- Operate and provide the Service.
- Run, support, and improve the bots you create.
- Provide analytics, moderation, security, and support.
- Investigate abuse or technical issues.
- Comply with law and enforce these Terms.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:

6. AI features
The Service includes AI-generated responses and may use third-party model and infrastructure providers.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, biased, or inappropriate for a given context.
Do not rely on the Service as a substitute for teacher judgment, professional advice, or legally required human review.
You must not use the Service as the sole basis for medical, legal, disciplinary, admissions, employment, or other high-stakes decisions.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal data and is part of these Terms.
If you use the Service with students, you are responsible for determining whether notices or consent are required before enabling student use, uploading student-related material, or reviewing analytics.
You should not upload sensitive personal data unless doing so is lawful, necessary, and authorized for your use case.
8. Paid features and billing
Some parts of the Service may require payment.
If you buy AI Credits, a paid plan, or another paid feature, you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout and authorize our payment processor to charge your selected payment method.
Unless we say otherwise:
If payment fails or your account becomes overdue, we may suspend or limit access to paid features.
- Recurring subscriptions, if offered, renew automatically until canceled.
- Fees are charged in advance.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change pricing or plan features prospectively.
9. Service changes and availability
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may experience downtime, delays, bugs, third-party outages, or changes in model availability or performance.
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
10. Intellectual property in the Service
The Service itself, including our software, design, branding, and related technology, belongs to StadiTA or its licensors.
Except for the limited rights granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights in and to the Service.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as allowed by law.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if:

12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Service will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StadiTA and the people operating it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

14. Changes to these Terms

By continuing to use the Service after updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
15. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable order form or plan terms, are the entire agreement between you and StadiTA regarding the Service.
If one part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of that part.
